Fuse Layout Honda Element 2003-2011
Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Honda Element are the fuses #2 (Rear Accessory Power Socket) and #18 (Front Accessory Power Socket) in the Instrument panel fuse box.

To remove the lid, turn the knobs counterclockwise and pull the lid out of its hinges.
Engine compartment
The under-hood fuse box is located in the engine compartment on the driver’s side.
