Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the KIA Cee’d are located in the Instrument panel fuse box (see fuses “C/LIGHTER” (Cigar lighter), “P/OUTLET” (Power outlet) and “RR P/OUTLET” (Rear power outlet)).
