Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Mazda MPV are the fuses #14 “AUX POWER” and #26 “CIGAR” in the passenger compartment fuse box.

If the headlights or other electrical components don’t work and the fuses in the cabin are OK, inspect the fuse block under the hood.
