Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Saturn Ion are located in the Passenger Compartment fuse box – see fuses “LIGHTER” (Cigar Lighter) and “PWR OUTLET” (Auxiliary Power Outlet).

The instrument panel fuse block is located behind the panel on the driver’s side of the central console.
Loosen the screw on the cover and remove the cover.
