Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the Mercury Mountaineer are the fuse #24 (Cigar lighter) in the Instrument panel fuse box, and fuses #7 (Power Point #2), #9 (Power Point #1) in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box.
